Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

• Sold products are generally non-refundable. However, product servicing, replacement, or a refund may be available under applicable warranty or valid claim conditions.
• Before placing your order, please read the product description carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
• Products that match the photos and description are not eligible for return or refund.
• If you wish, you may exchange your purchased product for another product of equal or higher value. If the new product costs more, you will need to pay the price difference. Exchanges for lower-priced products are not available.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs related to product exchanges.
• For products covered by a warranty, we will provide warranty support. In some cases, the product manufacturer or brand may handle the warranty service directly, and you may obtain service from your nearest authorized service center.
• The customer is responsible for all transportation and shipping costs for sending a product for warranty service and receiving it back.
